DCI recently helped kick start the premier San Diego hotel, The Pendry, with a customized network convergence system. The new infrastructure merges voice and web based data communication networks to a single platform that’s easier to manage. The introduction of our network provides High Speed Internet Access (Reach®) to all 316 guestrooms and 35,000 square feet of meeting and event space. We also implemented our proprietary software, Reach, in effort to minimize operating costs. This specialized tool allows staff to effortlessly allocate bandwidth, create custom rate plans and billing options, and view historical data all in one portal. Overall, the installation helps to streamline various business operations and provide guests with an excellent user-experience.
